TÜV AUSTRIA Awards FSSC 22000 Certification to Coca-Cola Bottling Albania
TÜV AUSTRIA, the leading Certification and Inspection Organization in Albania, is pleased to announce that Coca-Cola Bottling Albania (CCBS) has been awarded the FSSC 22000 certification, a globally recognized standard for food safety management systems. The certification ceremony took place on February 11, with representatives from TÜV AUSTRIA, including Mr. Ioannis Kallias, Executive Vice President Service Lines of TÜV AUSTRIA Group and Greece-Cyprus-Balkans Regional Manager, Mr. Fatjon Sinani, Country Manager for Albania & Kosovo, Mrs. Elona Pjetri, Lead Auditor of Management Systems and Mrs. Luela Barci, Training Coordinator in attendance.
About FSSC 22000 Certification
FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) is an internationally accepted certification scheme based on a combination of ISO 22000 sector-specific PRP (Prerequisite Programs) and additional FSSC requirements. It provides a framework for effectively managing food safety responsibilities, ensuring that certified organizations can consistently produce safe products and meet global food safety standards.
Significance of the Certification
For 30 years, CCBS has been the authorized partner for the production, packaging, sale, and distribution of Coca-Cola products in Albania. This certification underscores CCBS’s commitment to maintaining the highest food safety standards in the production and commercialization of its products.
