The way we communicate every day determines the results we get in our professional and personal lives. The modern science of communication deals with the fields of behavioral psychology, evolution and human biology and through these the educational topics of the present program are shaped. The training focuses on the understanding of new ways and techniques of communication, which arise from the topics of non-verbal communication (body language, micro-expressions of the face, lie detection), non-verbal techniques and patterns of human communication, behavioral methods, but also on principles such as emotional intelligence and the pillars of strong reality, which enhance and normalize communication in the professional work environment.

This program is aimed at management executives, at communication, sales and public relations departments, at personnel evaluation and recruitment managers, at people dealing with issues of corporate responsibility, human resources and corporate relations, young entrepreneurs, as well as at individuals who wish to acquire a set of certified knowledge on the principles of modern communication. Duration:  10 hours

What does the Training Program provide ?

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

The opinion we form about the person who enters our field of vision is formed unconsciously in fractions of a second and depending on the opinion we will form; we are positively or negatively biased towards him. The training in non-verbal rules offers the trainees a unique perspective on the invisible world of communication, which takes up space around us constantly, but without always realizing it. In the first part of the Non-Verbal Communication training course, the participants will be trained on the basic principles of Body Language, Facial Micro expressions and Lie Detection, they will understand how people’s emotions are constantly externalized on their body and face.

BEHAVIORAL METHODS – EMOTION & EVOLUTION The trainees, having familiarized themselves with the importance and techniques of non-verbal communication, advance to the level of understanding and training on the most important ways of behaving, the principles of empathy, emotional intelligence and personal development. The behavior of the employee in the work environment or the individual in the general context of communication has direct effects on his professional and personal results. Various behaviors that we have “inherited” from our family or that we copy from our close social circle may be in stark contrast to those of the other person, resulting in conflicts and lack of understanding in the context of partnerships and social activities. Simultaneously, the way the person unconsciously “filters” each level of their communication, can either unconsciously repel their client, partner or new contact, or significantly increase the level of sympathy of outsiders towards their person. Two very different results, which are judged in detail.
