We are pleased to announce the continuation of the successful cooperation between TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas Ltd and BANKA KOMBĘARE TREGTARE (BKT).
Recently, TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas Ltd has completed the recertification process of BKT in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard in the field of banking services.
BKT, founded in 1925, is the largest and oldest bank in Albania. It serves its customers through a network of 94 branches, 67 of which are located in Albania and 27 in Kosovo.
ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System certification is evidence of the bank’s demonstrated ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
