TÜV AUSTRIA is honored to have played a critical role in supporting the successful organization of the sixth European Political Community (EPC) Summit, held on May 16, 2025, in the heart of Tirana’s Skanderbeg Square. As a trusted partner in quality assurance and sustainability, TUV AUSTRIA provided two essential services to the summit organizers: a comprehensive structural inspection of the venue and certification of the event’s sustainability management system in accordance with ISO 20121:2024 standard.
This year’s EPC Summit marked a historic milestone as the first-ever gathering of the EPC in the Western Balkans, convening 47 Heads of State or Government and leaders of key European and international institutions. The event, organized by Directorate of Governmental Services (Drejtoria e Shërbimeve Qeveritare) & RedCloud, underscored Southeast Europe’s growing role in shaping the continent’s future and Albania’s emergence as a hub for regional stability and European integration.
RedCloud was responsible for the full structural setup and event logistics of the summit, managing the design and execution of a complex venue in the heart of the capital within record time. With its proven track record in delivering world-class live experiences, RedCloud ensured that all technical, infrastructural, and operational aspects met the highest European standards.
In a time of geopolitical uncertainty, the EPC Summit served as a vital platform for unity, dialogue, and cooperation.
TÜV AUSTRIA’s structural inspection ensured the venue met the highest safety standards, while the ISO 20121:2024 certification validated the summit’s commitment to sustainable event management—minimizing environmental impact, promoting social responsibility, and enhancing operational efficiency.
