TUV Austria Albania in Tirana, [https://www.tuv.al], the Human Resource Department is accepting applications to fill one vacancy in Management Systems Auditor related quality, environmental and/or health & safety according to ISO international standards (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018).

TUV Austria Albania is a subsidiary company of the Austrian Inspection and Certification Organization known as “TUV AUSTRIA” established in 1872 in Vienna, as a non-profit organization. It has been already established as one of the primary auditing leaders in the Albanian and Kosovo markets in sectors such as Management Systems Certification and Inspections – Certification of Materials, Products, Machinery and Equipment, Building and Industrial Installations.

Scope of the position.

To conduct audits on our client’s sites, to ensure compliance of their management systems with the requirements of the International Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other normative reference were competent.

Roles and Responsibilities of the auditor

• Technical evaluation of the application forms.
• Initiating the audit (appointing the audit team leader, defining audit scope, objectives, criteria, determining the feasibility of the audit, selecting the audit team).
• Preparing for the on-site audit activities (preparing the audit plan, assigning work to the audit team, preparing work documents).
• Conducting the on-site audit activities (conducting the opening meeting, communication during the audit, roles and responsibilities of guides and observers, collecting and verifying information, generating audit findings, preparing audit conclusions, conducting the closing meeting).
• Preparing, approving, distributing the audit report (preparing the audit report, approving and distributing the audit report).
• Completing the audit
• Conducting the document review of the audit perform by our office (reviewing the relevant management system documents including records and determining their adequacy with respect to the audit criteria).

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or other diploma which is relevant with quality, environmental and/or Health & Safety aspects (in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry is preferable).
• Qualifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditor certified or trained is preferred) and industry experience (min 2 years’ work experience, involving in the management system).
• Training course, at least 100 hours, that covers all the key Knowledge areas of Occupational health and safety (considered an advantage).
• Willing to travel (driving license is mandatory).
