The innovative training program, 3P method – Process of preparation of factory space / production to determine the spaces and means to be used in their optimal layout (preparation of new production).
The 3P methodology is a powerful tool to capture a big picture of how a product or a series of processes should be designed and run efficiently (low cost, no wasted time, efficient, space utilization). 3P guides teams through the creative process of idea generation, then evaluates the ideas and settles on one that will be implemented.
This program is addressed to the staff and executives of lower and middle levels of hierarchy of every company. It also concerns employees who have been assigned the responsibility of running specific tasks and the efficiency of defined processes.
What does the Training Program provide ?
Purpose:
- The purpose of the program is to train relevant business executives regarding:
- defining the problem, i.e. essentially the business case and understanding the need.
- setting goals and objectives and linking them closely to corporate strategies.
- the analysis and diagramming, the collection of important information about the successive phases / processes up to the final production and distribution of a new product or series of actions.
- prioritizing the best ideas and forming a decision table that will compare the ideas to select the most suitable one.
- the qualification of the best ideas after a substantial evaluation and selection of the most adapted and processed to the conditions of each company.
- documenting in each audit why any final solution/idea was preferred and reporting the benefits it presents over others.
