This Certification is designed for employees in tourism enterprises who, within the framework of the organizational structure and according to specific instructions and procedures, perform all or part of the administrative support tasks, under the guidance of a supervisor and with the aim of ensuring the smooth operation of the enterprise. These members of staff perform tasks that include simple or more complicated duties on a daily basis, supporting the work of the middle and senior management of companies in this sector.

Certification Procedure:

The examination process consists of a theoretical and a practical examination.

Upon successful completion of the examinations (theoretical and practical parts), the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.

The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), National Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
