This training program is addressed to those who have very little or no experience in the design and implementation of projects and wish to organize, structure, enrich their knowledge and techniques.

The monitoring of this program will allow participants to obtain a systematic and comprehensive view of the organization, execution and control of a project, to familiarize themselves with the tools and methodology of project management, and to be informed about the ways to anticipate and deal with risks.
