TUV AUSTRIA Academy presents the useful training seminar, ”CHANGE MANAGEMENT)”, as part of the Strategic Management, the implementation of which is designed to help the management of an organization and its executives to effectively address any challenge and / or necessity for changes in operation, organization, business orientation, targeting, competition.

It also contributes to the organization overcoming critical situations that arise from time to time and to develop mechanisms that contribute to the achievement of strategic goals as part of its business continuity (Business Continuity).

Businesses and organizations operate in our time in an extremely dynamic and evolving environment. A multitude of changes, changes, transformations at all levels (labor, technological, social, political, economic, individual, etc.) forces them to explore the challenges, to redefine the way they are organized and operated, to embrace some methodology of change and to implement it. The scope of changes can be either internally (new management, operating structure and culture, efficiency improvement, rationalization of expenses, transformation of procedures, change of strategic goals and objectives of an organization, etc.) or outside the organization (competition, technology, policies, society, globalization, threats and crises, etc.).

• They have the ability to identify indicators (KPIs) of effectiveness in change management.

This methodology, as a management tool, has proven to be applicable to organizations, enterprises of all branches of activity, industries, government bodies, institutions, and others, of all sizes and in all sectors. After the completion of the seminar, a Certificate of Attendance of TÜV AUSTRIA is issued.
