The training program meets the requirements regarding the management – satisfaction of complaints from customers, according to the ISO 10002 standard.

It is aimed at executives of company managements, marketing departments, managers of a large number of customers and, in general, at those who wish to acquire a comprehensive and high-quality knowledge about that management.

The requirements of the ISO 10002 standard are analyzed and techniques are presented to guide the process of handling complaints related to the products or services of a Business/Organization, including planning, design, operation, maintenance and process improvement.
