The program is provided in the form of modern distance learning, through the electronic platform of TÜV AUSTRIA ACADEMY.
TÜV AUSTRIA Academy in collaboration with Charisma Academy presents the well-known educational program “EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE”. This specific program offers comprehensive training to all those interested in increasing their emotional intelligence and acquiring the tools to create a better work environment and healthier social and personal relationships.
We were all taught in school and later in life what “intelligence” means and how a smart person may bring better results in his professional and personal life. Research in recent years, however, shows that the most important criterion for most people’s success in life is something called Emotional Intelligence, which is not taught in basic education, but is shaped primarily by our experiences and by the daily decisions we make.
The person who invests and continuously increases his Emotional Intelligence is not the one who deals with his emotions, but with understanding and managing the dynamics that take place within a social group. Whether it is a work environment or a social gathering, the individual is able to assess the people around him and using this special kind of intelligence, perceive the reality that each one of them is experiencing and smooth out any difficulties in communicating with each other, with the end result that he or she increasingly increases his or her “value”.
