Finance for Non-Financial Executives
Detailed Description
Purpose – Benefits
The two-day, value-for-money, program is a synthesis of basic principles and tools, necessary for correct decision-making, defining – controlling strategy and supporting business proposals. We familiarize ourselves with the Financial Statements and by drawing information from them we approach “Business Risk”, delving into the concepts of “Working Capital”, “Breakeven”, “Leverage”, “Profitability” and “Value Creation”.
Through selected applications and examples, participants will strengthen their knowledge and confidence, understanding how these concepts are integrated into their organization’s strategies and financial performance. They will be trained to identify “sensitive” points by evaluating any risks and benefits. Thus, they will be able to understand their own contribution more fully to the overall success of their organization, through making better and more informed decisions.
