Privacy Seal (GDPR) by TÜV AUSTRIA is a private certification scheme that contains a set of criteria which are compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), based on which an organisation/company can be assessed in order to prove their compliance with GDPR and be awarded (in the event of a positive outcome of the assessment) the relevant personal data protection badge.
Through the assessment and certification procedure, the organisation/company being inspected receives an independent, substantiated, experienced and reliable opinion on their level of compliance with the GDPR requirements as well as the criteria of the Privacy Seal (GDPR) by TÜV AUSTRIA.
