Who Is it Addressed To?
This Certification is designed for the employees of tourism sector, who serve each client individually, in order to plan and suggest a tourism service (a trip to the desired destination, accommodation, restaurant reservations, recreation activities, sports, visits to cultural sites and events, museums, archaeological sites, etc.) which is totally adjusted to his needs and interests. A Guest Experience Expert may be an employee of a travel agency, a hotel, a restaurant, a cultural site, museum, etc.
Certification Procedure
The examination process consists of a theoretical and a practical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examinations (theoretical and practical parts), the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.
The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), National Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
