Detailed Description

Photovoltaics:

TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.) for the initial and periodic inspection of PV installations, in accordance with IEC 62446 standard, and offers the following services:

• Inspection and certification of array mounting structures for photovoltaic systems. Issuance of certificates for the conformity of the structural design with Eurocodes 1, 3 & 9. and other national standards, as applicable.
• Initial and periodic inspections in accordance with IEC 62446-1:2016 and ΕΝ 62446:2009 standards (services accredited by E.SY.D.). Issuance of accredited certificate regarding conformance of the construction with the standard in force at the time.
• Visual inspections of construction (mounting structures, cables, impermeability of materials, clamps).
• Infrared tests performed by certified thermographs (electrical panels, cables, PV arrays).
• Low Voltage checks and measurements (in accordance with IEC 62446, IEC 60364, HD 384, EN 62305 standards).
• Medium and High Voltage checks and measurements (transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, surge protectors, earthing systems, cables).
• Testing & Commissioning
• Expertise and error identification.
• Due diligence.
• PR calculation according to IEC 61724.
• On-site panel performance measurements.

Wind Parks:

Our services in the field of wind parks are the following:

• Implementation of independent energy studies
• Investment assessment

• Check of the completeness of the technical documentation and review of the study according to international standards
• Check of the accompanying works study
• Assessment of the civil engineer’s work as well as electrical and mechanical installations

All our inspectors have been trained appropriately to ensure the quality of the projects. They also possess extensive experience in inspecting energy production projects using Renewable Energy Sources, by participating in the inspections of hundreds of installations in recent years in Greece, Cyprus, Jordan and Romania. Inspectors are regularly assessed in accordance with the internal procedures of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS and the ISO 17020 accreditation.
