Detailed Description
The training program meets the requirements for the training of Internal Inspectors, according to the standards ISO 14001, ISO 17021 and ISO 19011. It is specially adapted for the Environmental requirements and impacts in the Tourism industry.
Tourism is one of the most important economic activities worldwide. It includes many activities that have a negative impact on the environment. The environmental impacts are complex, as they are not caused exclusively by the tourism activity, but also by other activities, which are directly or indirectly linked to tourism (e.g. transport, services, trade, etc.).
The training program is addressed to Hotel Managers, Environmental Management Officers, Internal Inspectors, Management Systems Development Consultants, but also to those who are involved in any way in implementing or monitoring the implementation of such a management system and want to be trained in order to be able to carry out Internal Inspections Environmental Management Systems.

All the requirements of the standard are also presented and analyzed, as well as the way to carry out an Environmental Management System Inspection.
By completing the Training Program participants will understand the requirements that an Environmental Management System must meet, according to ISO 14001:2015 and will be able to plan and conduct internal EMS inspections.
The attendance of the specific training program is a necessary condition for the recognition of the participant as an Internal Inspector of Environmental Management Systems.
