Detailed Description
The training program meets the requirements for the training of Internal Inspectors, according to the ISO 22000, ISO 17021 and ISO 19011 standards, as well as the training requirements for conducting Internal Inspections of a Food Safety Management System, according to the requirements of the ISO 22000 standards and ISO 19011.
Is adressed to:
- Business executives involved in any branch of the food chain,
- Food Safety Officers and Coordinators,
- Members of the Food Safety Team,
- Food Safety Management Systems Consultants and
- Other interested parties who wish to be trained in Food Safety Management Systems.
Duration: 16 hours
What does the Training Program provide ?
The educational program analyzes:
- the requirements of the EN ISO 22000:2018 Standard and the basic legislative framework for food safety,
- the requirements of the ISO/TS ISO 22002-1 specification for prerequisites in food production/processing enterprises,
- the inspection methodology and techniques.
- Practical examples, exercises and case studies are included.
- By completing the Program, participants will be able to:
- to understand the requirements of the EN ISO 22000:2018 standard,
- to conduct Internal Inspections based on the requirements of the EN ISO 22000:2018 standard,
- to develop and implement Food Safety Management Systems based on EN ISO 22000:2018,
- to gain practical application experience through examples – studies and exercises.
- Attending the specific training program is a necessary condition for the recognition of the participant as an Internal Inspector of Food Safety Management Systems.
