Detailed Description
The training program meets the requirements for the training of Internal Auditors, according to the ISO 9001, ISO 17021 and ISO 19011 standards, as well as the training requirements for conducting Internal audits of a Quality Management System , according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 standards . The duration of the educational program is 16 hours (two working days).

All the requirements of the standard are also presented and analyzed (paragraphs 4-10), as well as the way to conduct a Quality Management System Inspection.
By completing the training program, the participants will have understood the basic principles and concepts of quality management, the process-oriented approach to Quality Management Systems (QMS), the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the basic principles and techniques governing the QMS inspection, the role and responsibilities of an Inspector, but also how an internal QMS inspection is carried out in all its phases (planning, execution, reporting, recording, monitoring, closure). The attendance of the specific seminar is a necessary condition for the recognition of the participant as an Internal Auditor of Quality Management Systems.
