Detailed Description

The goal of the KPI program is for participants to understand what constitutes a key performance indicator and also,

• acquire the ability to identify measurable, realistic, achievable indicators that relate to the success of the department or the business and that are also up to date
• be able to establish such indicators and document the reason for which they are set
• be able to recognize the usefulness of a given KPI and identify how to measure it
• categorize them according to their nature and importance and distinguish them from those that are not critical indicators
• to be able to present them in an easily understandable form without causing confusion to those who will check them
• to be able to monitor them throughout the effort to achieve them in order to intervene in cases where they find a large deviation
• to distinguish them into periodic or lasting/permanent in order to accordingly methodize their monitoring
• set goals that measure factors that are critical to the success of the department and/or business
• The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a corporate framework used to manage and control an established strategy and is a set of financial and non-financial measures of a company’s success factors.

Duration:   16 hours.

What does the Training Program provide ?

There are five reasons why a business/organization uses the Balanced Scorecard:

1. To execute the strategic plan, aligning management efforts and decisions with the strategy.
2. Communicate the strategy across the business / organization (as with the strategy map).
3. Monitoring the performance of the strategy (usually through reports).
4. Align all parts of the organization with the common strategy.
5. Link people to strategy by showing how they contribute to the organization’s goals.
