Detailed Description
The training program has a duration of 40 hours (5 days) and meets the training requirements for the registration of those interested in the International Register of Certified Inspectors CQI and IRCA.
The training program analyzes the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and presents techniques for preparing, conducting, and completing an inspection, through practical training in a virtual company, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 19011:2011 standard.
By completing the Training Program, the participants will be able to design, develop and implement Quality Management Systems, design and implement quality improvement programs and inspect Quality Management Systems, according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The training program is designed to provide comprehensive training on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and Management Systems inspections, according to the ISO 19011:2011 standard, in a short period of time.
The training program covers the training requirements of IRCA-CQI and includes activities that, through interactive training methods, familiarize the trainees, in a short period of time (“accelerated knowledge”), with inspection techniques.
Familiarity with the requirements of the standard is required.
After the successful completion of daily activities and final written exams, an IRCA-CQI Auditor/Lead Auditor Certificate is granted and those who wish are given the opportunity to participate in real inspections. In case of failure in the final written exams, a Certificate of Attendance is granted. In any case, it is possible, free of charge, to repeat the exams in the next seminar.
