LEAD AUDITORS OF FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ISO 22000:2018
The training program is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the EN ISO 22000:2018 standard for Chief Inspectors of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
It is addressed to candidates for Auditors, Business Executives involved in any branch of the food chain, Food Safety Managers and Coordinators, Members of the Food Safety Team, DAT Consultants and other interested parties (Control Bodies, Scientific Partners, etc.).
The seminar analyzes the requirements of the ENISO 22000:2018 Standard, the basic principles of inspection, the methodology and techniques of carrying out inspections.
The principles of HACCP, the process of establishing a SDAT, the prerequisites for food safety, as well as the requirements of the ISO/TS ISO22002-1 specification for the prerequisites in food production/processing enterprises are presented.
The training program also covers the basic legislative framework for food safety and includes practical examples, case studies, exercises to determine prerequisite programs and CSE, inspection exercises.
Familiarity with the requirements of the standard is required.
In case of failure in the exams, a Certificate of Attendance is granted. In any case, the opportunity to participate in the exams of the next educational program is given free of charge.
