Detailed Description
The training program meets the requirements for Lead Inspectors of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, according to ISO 45001:2018.
It is addressed to candidates for Lead Auditors of Certification Organizations, Consultants, Managers of HSE Systems, Security Technicians, Heads of Departments, Administrative Staff, but also to those who would like to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of HSE Systems.
The training program analyzes the requirements of the ISO 45001 and ISO 19011 standards and presents the process-oriented approach Plan-Do-Check-Act, the requirements for Policy, Planning, objectives, programs, operational control and measurement and monitoring parameters OHS, as well as the qualifications of the lead inspector, inspection team members and third-party inspection techniques.
The program also covers the requirements of the relevant legislation, the obligations of the Safety Technician and the Occupational Doctor, the methods of writing a Risk Study and Statistical Study and Accident Analysis and includes, definitions, examples of writing non-conformities and inspection reports and, through practice, training of participants in the design and implementation of third-party inspections. During the internship, exercises and case studies take place and the inspection for certification in hypothetical companies is simulated.
Prior familiarity with the requirements of the standard is required.
The educational material and exams are conducted in English.
After the successful completion of daily activities and final written exams, an Auditor/Lead Auditor Certificate is granted and those who wish are given the opportunity to participate in real inspections. In case of failure in the final written exams, a Certificate of Attendance is granted.
In any case, it is possible, free of charge, to repeat the exams in the next seminar.
