Detailed Description
The aim of the training program is to further analyze the DMAIC methodology and the individual tools through presentations, exercises and cases studies. A prerequisite for attending the training program is that the participants are already certified Six Sigma Yellow belts.
It is addressed to Business Executives, Quality Managers, Project Managers who have fundamental knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and want to carry out improvement projects in their company or in certified Six Sigma Yellow belts who wish to be certified to the next level.
Duration: 40 hours
What does the Training Program provide ?
The training program analyzes the phases:
By completing the training program, participants will have acquired the knowledge to lead short- or medium-range improvement projects or to participate in groups of larger projects, under the supervision of a Black Belt.
After the completion of the training program, a Certificate of Attendance is issued. Participants have the opportunity, if they wish, to take the exams (3 hours in English, online) of the international certification body IASSC for the acquisition of the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
