Lean Six sigma is a system of philosophy of business excellence, a strategy that focuses on improving internal processes and customer satisfaction as well as reducing imperfections and costs.
It uses a range of tools that help collect and analyze data from the fields of statistics, lean production and Total Quality. The Lean Six Sigma methodology has a huge impact on businesses of all sizes and industries around the world.
The aim of the training program is to present to the participants the DMAIC approach methodology and the individual tools through a mixture of presentations, practical exercises and cases studies.
It is addressed to Business Executives, Quality Managers, Project Managers or anyone interested in improving the internal processes and activities of the company. Duration: 40 hours
What does the Training Program provide ?

By completing the training program, participants will have acquired fundamental knowledge about Lean Sigma, they will be able to participate in project teams and will be able to effectively control internal processes.
After the completion of the training program, a Certificate of Attendance is issued. Participants have the opportunity, if they wish, to take the exams (2 hours in English, at an examination center or online) of the international certification body IASSC for the acquisition of the Six sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
