Detailed Description
The training program meets the requirements for the training of the Participants in the Maintenance, Operation and Handling of Self-propelled Forklifts (boogie cranes, telescopic cranes, basket trucks, etc.) and Forklifts.
This training program is aimed at operators of lifting machines, foremen, forklift drivers, maintenance workers, managers of Spare Parts Departments, warehouse managers and executives of Logistics Departments.
Presented & analyzed:
- All types of self-propelled and forklifts
- Classification of lifting machines in terms of dangerousness
- Audits and audit periodicity
- Points checked during inspection
- Role and responsibilities of the personnel involved
- Assessment of lifter stability / ground condition
- Checks and tests before using the lift
- Hoist maneuvers including those in confined spaces
- Lifting loads and placing loads accurately and safely
- Familiarity with signals and operating commands
- Regular and preventive maintenance
- Failure recovery
