The program is based on the work of the Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung and especially on his view that all changes start from within us.. Based on this principle, the program is a journey of self-awareness and at the same time exploring the behavior of others.

This educational program is addressed to all those who wish to form more effective professional and personal relationships. To understand the reasons why others, behave the way they do – especially those who are not like them – and to learn how to adjust their own behavior accordingly.
