The training program analyzes the content, structure and requirements of the IFS food standard, version 7 – Standard for the control of the quality and safety of food products.

What does the Training Program provide ?

The requirements of update 7 are presented, the various IFS standards (IFS logistics, IFS Broker, IFS PAC secure) are briefly presented, the similarities and differences between the GFSI recognized standards (BRC, FSSC 22000), the process and the inspection and certification requirements.

The training program includes practical examples and case studies. By completing the Training Program, the participants will be able to understand the basic principles of the IFS Food standard, they will be able to develop, implement and evaluate Food Safety Systems based on the IFS standard and finally they will gain practical application experience through examples and exercises.
