Who Is it Addressed To?
The Certification concerns the professional who is involved in the identification of persons (real estate clients) who wish to draw up contracts related to real estate, such as contracts of sale, exchange, lease, financial lease, etc. and in making transactional contact with his client. In a second level of operation of the brokerage mandate, the Real Estate Broker facilitates the preparation of the brokerage (intended) contract, contributing to the regulation or processing of individual issues.
Participation Prerequisites
Applicants wishing to participate in the examination mechanism of the scheme must have completed at least 18th year of age, be graduates of at least secondary education and be registered in the Register of the relative Chamber and the General Register of Commerce (G.E.M.I. .) as a “Real Estate Broker”.
Certification Procedure
The examination process consists of a theoretical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examination, the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.
The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), National Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
