This Certification is intended for specialized professionals whose duties include serving and informing new and existing customers of the wine company, fulfilling customers’ orders in collaboration with the company’s production departments, supporting the activities aiming at enhancing and maintaining the clientèle, participating in the organization of exhibitions and events aiming at promoting the company’s products, etc.
Certification Procedure:
The examination process consists of a theoretical and a practical examination.
Upon successful completion of the examinations (theoretical and practical parts), the professional is awarded a certificate of compliance that is valid for five years.
The Certification procedure for this specialization is Accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), National Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 International Standard.
