TÜV AUSTRIA Academy in Tirana successfully completed the two-day training, Internal Auditor with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard – Quality Management Systems, for the staff of the German company ‘PSZ Albania GmbH’, which has been operating in the Albanian market for years.
Thanks to the many years of experience and dedication of the TÜV AUSTRIA Academy Lecturer, the participants were introduced to:
– the basic principles of Internal Audits
-requirements for policies, planning, goals, programs, operational control, measurement and monitoring of operational parameters related to quality according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
-implementation, maintenance and updating methods for Quality Management Systems.
