Organizations and companies must comply with the GDPR requirement (Article 28) for the existance of contract between controller and processor, regarding the process of personal data. The controller has the legal obligation to check processor’s compliance regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the processing of personal data.
GDPR 2nd Party Audits offers to controllers the opportunity to assess, through an independent body such as TÜV AUSTRIA, their processors in order to reduce the risk of fines, to ensure processor’s compliance with legal requirements identifying trusted partners in the processing of personal data of employees and their clients.
